# Content Policy

**Last updated: ‹‹DATE››**

This policy covers everything members create or post on Otherworld Reserve: Builders' Hall rooms (kit rooms, uploaded 3D models and anything made with the AI builder), room titles and descriptions, labels and signs inside rooms, Hangout chat, names and avatars, and bug reports. It adds to the [Terms of Service](/terms).

## What's not allowed

- Anything illegal, or that promotes illegal activity.
- Sexual content involving minors, in any form. We report it.
- Sexually explicit content, graphic violence or gore. ‹‹MATURE CONTENT: whether any is allowed, and where››
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or content attacking people for who they are.
- Other people's private information (doxxing).
- Content you don't have the rights to: other people's art, models, music, logos or trademarks. ‹‹COPYRIGHT AGENT / DMCA NOTICE ADDRESS››
- Impersonating a person, a project, or Otherworld Reserve staff.
- Scams, phishing, fake giveaways, wallet drainers, links or QR codes that ask for keys or seed phrases, or promises of returns.
- Advertising for other gambling sites, tokens or schemes.
- Anything designed to mislead players about odds, payouts or fairness. Slot machines in rooms always use the Platform's own maths and provably fair spins; a room must not claim otherwise.
- Malware, exploits, or files built to crash or slow down visitors' devices (for example, deliberately oversized 3D models).

## Review and approval

Every room is reviewed by staff before it goes on show. Approval means a room met this policy when it was reviewed. It is not an endorsement. Rooms with playable slot machines get extra scrutiny, because approving one opens those machines for real play.

## Reporting

You can report a room, a message or a member to ‹‹REPORT EMAIL / IN-APP REPORT››. Tell us what and where, and why.

## What we do

We may decline a room, take it down, remove content, limit features, or suspend an account. Taking down a room stops new creator earnings from it (see the [Creator Program Terms](/creator-terms)). We'll explain our decision to the member concerned, unless the law or safety stops us. ‹‹APPEAL PROCESS››
