# Other World Projex: user guide

*Version of 5 October 2026. This guide describes what the site does today. Numbers marked "live" are read from the site's configuration on that date and the house can change them, so the screen in front of you is always the final word. Things that are not built yet are listed at the end, so you are never left wondering whether you missed a button.*

**The only official address is https://otherworldprojex.io.** Check the address bar before you connect a wallet. The team will never message you a link to connect or sign anything, and nobody from the project will ever ask for your seed phrase.

---

## 1. Start here

Other World Projex is a community site built around the $RIBBIT token. You can look around without an account. To do anything that involves your balance, you connect a Solana wallet and sign in with a message. Once the house switches it on you can instead sign in with **Internet Identity** (the Internet Computer's sign-in) and pay with ICP, with no Solana wallet at all. Those options are built but may not be switched on yet; Sections 2 and 3 say what to look for.

| I want to… | Go to |

## 2. Connecting and signing in

**Which wallets.** Any Solana wallet that supports message signing and appears in your browser, such as Phantom, Solflare or Backpack. If your wallet cannot sign messages you will see "Connect a wallet that can sign messages first." We have not tested hardware wallets, so we cannot promise they work.

**How sign-in works.**

1. Choose **Connect wallet** in the top bar, and approve the connection in your wallet.
2. Choose **Sign in** (it reads **Join** if the site is invite-only at the moment).
3. Your wallet shows a message that begins "Other World Projex — sign in". It says the signature proves wallet ownership and does not authorise any transaction. It costs no fee and moves no funds. Approve it.

If a wallet ever asks you to approve a *transaction* when all you are doing is signing in, stop and close it.

**Signing in with Internet Identity (ICP).** When the house has switched it on, the top bar shows an **Internet Identity** button next to **Connect wallet**. It opens Internet Identity's own window, you approve there, and the site shows "Signed in with Internet Identity". There is no Solana wallet involved and nothing to sign on the blockchain. If the button is missing, or says "Internet Identity sign-in isn't available yet", the house has not switched it on. An account made this way is **ICP-only**: it can play, buy chips with ICP and use the pages that need no Solana wallet. Actions that are tied to a Solana wallet (buying chips with $RIBBIT, burning, depositing or withdrawing $RIBBIT, applying to consign a lot) say "This needs a Solana wallet. Add one on your Account page first." In the wallet menu, **Add a Solana wallet** connects one to the account. It can be done once and cannot be changed afterwards. If that wallet already has an account of its own, the site refuses ("Accounts can't be merged automatically") and you should contact the team.

**Internet Identity problems.** "That sign-in expired — start again." means too long passed, so begin again. "The canister hasn't seen that sign-in yet — finish the Internet Identity prompt first." means the Internet Identity window was not completed. "Couldn't reach the Internet Computer — try again in a moment." is temporary. The invite and suspended messages are the same as for wallets. One thing to know: Internet Identity gives you a different identity for each website address. Your account is tied to the identity Internet Identity gives this site at its official address, so always sign in from https://otherworldprojex.io.

**Your session** lasts 7 days, then you sign in again. If you switch to a different wallet address inside your wallet, you are signed out automatically. **Sign out & disconnect** is in the wallet menu.

**Invites.** When the site is invite-only, a new account needs an invite code (they look like `OWP-XXXX-XXXX` and are not case-sensitive). Existing accounts do not need one. At the moment of writing the site is open and no code is needed.

**Suspended wallets.** If an account is suspended you will see "This wallet is suspended". It is checked on every request, so it takes effect at once.

**Sign-in problems.** "Sign-in cancelled in your wallet" means you declined. "Signature couldn't be verified" means try again. "Too many attempts" means wait a minute.

## 3. Chips

**Chips** (called credits in some places) are what you play the table games with. They live in your account. You buy them with $RIBBIT or, when that tab is open, with ICP. Chips do not convert back by default: chip cash-out is built but switched off, so today you cannot turn chips back into $RIBBIT or ICP (see **Cashing out chips** below). Winning chips lets you keep playing, and chips count towards bounties. The arcade games are free and use no chips.

**Price.** Live: 10 $RIBBIT per chip. The buy box shows the current price. You get the whole number of chips your amount covers, and any remainder is spent without credit, so buy a multiple of the price.

**What happens when you buy.** You approve **one** wallet transaction. It does three things at once: it burns half of what you send, it sends the other half to the project treasury, and it creates the treasury's token account if it does not exist. The split is live at 50 and 50. You need enough $RIBBIT and a little SOL for the network fee (about 0.005 SOL to be safe). The site then checks the transaction on the blockchain and credits your chips. This normally takes a short while, and the page retries for you.

**If your chips do not arrive.** The page remembers your payment for 7 days and re-checks when you reopen Games. You can also paste the transaction signature into the **Paid but credits didn't arrive?** box. Each payment can be credited only once, so if you see "This purchase was already credited", it already was.

**If you see "Chip sales are paused".** The house has paused sales for now. Chips you already hold still work.

**Buying chips with ICP.** When the house has opened it, Games shows two tabs, **Pay with $RIBBIT** and **Pay with ICP** (an account with no Solana wallet sees only the ICP one). The ICP tab shows your own **deposit address**: a 64-character "account ID" that belongs to your account alone. Send ICP to it from any wallet or exchange. There is nothing to connect or sign on the site. The page checks the Internet Computer ledger every few seconds while it is open, and the site also checks in the background for a while after you leave, so the chips arrive on their own. You are credited for what actually arrived on the ledger, at the price in force when the site credits it. Live price: not set until the house opens ICP sales; the tab shows it. Points to know:

- Send **ICP only**, to the long account ID. Other tokens sent there cannot be recovered.
- You get the whole number of chips your ICP covers. The remainder is kept and added to your next purchase, never lost.
- The network fee on the transfer is charged by the ledger on top of what you send (some exchanges deduct it from the amount instead), and chips are credited on the amount that actually arrives.
- Each transfer is credited once, and the site records which ledger block it came from.
- If the tab says "Buying chips with ICP isn't open yet", "Chip sales are paused — back shortly", or "ICP sales are paused while the price is refreshed", ICP you already sent is safe and is credited once sales reopen. That can be at a different price to the one you saw.
- Chips are not refundable once credited.

**Cashing out chips (built, switched off).** The site has a chip cash-out feature. It is **off**, and there is no date for it. Until the house switches it on, the **Cash out chips** panel on Account does not appear and chips cannot be cashed out. If the panel is shown, these are the rules it applies (the panel shows the live numbers, and the house can change them):

- You can cash out to **$RIBBIT** (to the Solana wallet on your account) or to **ICP** (to an ICP address you type and save on Account), whichever the house has switched on.
- Only chips you have **bought** can be cashed out, and only after you have wagered a play-through amount (by default at least as many chips as you bought). The panel shows your progress.
- There is a minimum (default 10 chips), a fee (default 2%), and limits per person per day and per week (defaults 200 and 500 chips) and a site-wide daily cap. The panel shows what you would receive before you confirm.
- The account must be at least 24 hours old, and a payout address must have been saved for at least 24 hours. This protects you if someone ever gets into your session.
- A person reviews every request and pays it **by hand**, so it is not instant. You can cancel a request while it is still pending, and chips come back. If a request is declined, the chips come back with the reason.
- Your ICP payout address is **not** your Internet Identity login. Paste the account ID or principal of a wallet you control (NNS, Plug, a hardware wallet).
- The site may refuse a request when its payout reserve is too low. It does not say how much is in the reserve.

## 4. The bidding balance, deposits and withdrawals

The **bidding balance** is separate from chips. It is $RIBBIT you have deposited to bid in auctions, plus any proceeds from selling something. Part of it can be **locked in bids** while you are the top bidder.

**Depositing.** On Auctions, send $RIBBIT to the treasury through the deposit button. It is credited one for one. The smallest deposit is 1 $RIBBIT.

**Withdrawing.** The **Withdraw available balance** button on Auctions and Account sweeps your whole unlocked balance. The smallest withdrawal is 1 $RIBBIT unless you are withdrawing everything, and you can make up to 10 requests an hour. Your balance is reduced at once and the request is queued. A person on the team sends it by hand from a wallet, and the site says this usually takes about a day. That is a target, not a guarantee, and there is no fee deducted by the site. The request moves from pending to processing to sent, and once sent it shows a link to the transaction. If a request is declined the amount returns to your balance.

Chips are not part of the bidding balance and cannot be withdrawn from it. Chip cash-out, if the house ever switches it on, is a separate feature (Section 3).

---

## 5. The table games

On Games you can try the **Sandbox** first. It uses practice chips kept in your browser and nothing is staked.

Live limits: each round must be between **100 and 100,000 chips**. If it is outside that you will see "Wager must be between…". If the house pauses the tables you will see "The tables are paused". New rounds stop, but a blackjack hand already in progress can finish.

### Frog Flip

Pick frog or fly. A win pays your wager times 2 minus the house edge. With the live 4% edge that is 1.92 times, and the payout includes your stake. Payouts are rounded down to a whole chip, so a one-chip win returns just the stake. After a win you can **Double or nothing** or **Cash out**. Cash out only ends the streak on your screen, because the winnings were already added to your balance when you won.

### Pond Dice

Pick a target from 2 to 98. The game rolls 0.00 to 99.99, and you win if the roll is below your target. A win pays your wager times (100 divided by your target) times (1 minus the edge). At target 50 and 4% edge that is 1.92 times. At target 2 it is 48 times. Payouts are rounded down to a whole chip, so at very low win chances a small wager can lose a little to rounding.

### Blackjack

Single deck, shuffled fresh every round. The dealer stands on every 17, including soft 17. The dealer checks for a natural at the deal. A natural pays 3 to 2. You can hit, stand, double on any first two cards (also after a split), and split a pair of the same rank once, with one card each on split aces. A 21 after a split pays 1 to 1. There is no insurance and no surrender. A double or a split stakes one more base wager. If you refresh the page, your hand is restored.

**The 4% edge applies to Flip and Dice.** Blackjack uses the standard payouts above, so its edge comes from the rules, not a flat percentage.

**Rate limits.** Flip and Dice allow 60 rounds a minute, blackjack 120.

---

## 6. Checking that a game was fair

Every account has a **server seed** that the house commits to before you play. The site shows you its fingerprint (a SHA-256 hash). Each result is calculated from that seed, your **client seed** (you can set your own on Fairness, up to 64 characters), and a counter called the **nonce** that goes up by one every round. Because the fingerprint was shown first, the house cannot change results afterwards.

To check your rounds, press **Reveal my seed & verify my rounds** on Fairness. This retires your current seed and shows it, and from then on every round played with it can be re-calculated. The page checks Flip and Dice automatically (✓ verified or ✗ mismatch) and has a **Check deck →** button for blackjack. You can also use the manual verifier.

Things to know:

- If you have a blackjack hand open, the reveal is refused so that a live hand's cards are never exposed. Finish the hand and try again. (The page does not currently tell you this. It simply does nothing.)
- You can see up to your 10 most recent revealed seeds and up to 500 rounds under them.
- The arcade games are not provably-fair games. They are skill games, and the site verifies a score by replaying your recorded moves.
- The poker table has its own shuffle on the Internet Computer. The Fairness page does not yet explain it.

---

## 7. Arcade games and the leaderboard

**Hopper, Frogris and Worm Frog** are free. Signed-in players play ranked runs, guests play unranked practice.

- A run is valid for 30 minutes. Starting a new run cancels your previous one that has not been submitted, so a second browser tab will void the first.
- Your score is checked by replaying your moves. A run under 10 seconds, a score that does not match the replay, or one that replays faster than real time is rejected.
- You can have up to **40 accepted scores per game per day** (UTC).

**Who appears on the ranked boards.** You must have shown real participation. Defaults and live settings: your lifetime spend (buying chips plus any burns) must be at least the live threshold (**100,000 $RIBBIT** at the moment), you must have spent at least **100 $RIBBIT** inside the board's period, and for the table-game boards you must have wagered at least 100 chips in that period. Eligibility is worked out when the board is read, so spending part-way through a week counts earlier scores too.

**Leaderboard.** Boards show the top 20 eligible wallets (shortened) for the week (a rolling 7 days) or all time. Arcade boards rank by best score, table boards by net chips won. A "staker" mark appears next to wallets with any open stake.

---

## 8. Bounties

Bounties are prizes in $RIBBIT that fill from play.

**Table bounties (Flip, Dice, Blackjack).** Every chip wagered on that table after the bounty opens adds a little to the pot. The amount per chip is: pot share × house edge × (1 − burn share) × $RIBBIT per chip. With today's live numbers that is 0.5 × 0.04 × 0.5 × 10 = **0.1 $RIBBIT per chip**, and the bounty page shows the live figure. A pot starts with a seed amount. When the pot reaches the prize, it pays every eligible player who finished the bounty period ahead, in proportion to their net winnings. If the deadline passes before the pot fills, the bounty closes unpaid, and a new one may open.

**Arcade bounties.** These pay weekly at the deadline, in proportion to best score among eligible wallets with a positive score, and then a new week opens.

**Who gets paid.** Only wallets that meet the eligibility rules in Section 7. A player who is losing or only breaking even on a table bounty receives nothing from it.

**How prizes are paid.** The site works out the winners automatically (when the house has switched automatic settlement on), and an admin then sends the $RIBBIT by hand. On your Account page a prize moves from **pending** to **paying out** to **paid** with a link to the transaction. A prize the house rejects shows **on hold**. Your notification bell tells you when a prize is queued. (Some pages say prizes are "paid automatically". Settlement is automatic, but the transfer itself is done by a person.)

**Physical prizes.** A winner of a physical prize is given a claim code. See Section 10.

---

## 9. Auctions

The Auction House is marked **Beta**. Expect rough edges.

**What is on offer.** House lots, lots consigned by members and approved by the team, and Reserve claims that members have listed for resale.

**Browsing.** The tabs are **Live**, **Ending soon** (under an hour) and **Past**. Lists refresh every 10 seconds and a lot page every 5.

**Bidding.** You need enough in your bidding balance. The first bid must be at least the start bid, and each later bid at least the current bid plus the minimum increment. Your **whole bid is locked immediately** and released the moment someone outbids you. You cannot raise your own winning bid, and bids cannot be withdrawn. If a bid arrives in the last 2 minutes of a lot, the end time moves out by 2 minutes.

**When a lot ends.** The winner's locked amount is spent. For a member's consignment, the seller's bidding balance is credited with the price minus the marketplace commission (live default 2.5%, reduced for stakers, see Section 11). A lot with no bids is cancelled. Winners get an "Auction won" notification. For consigned goods, the house tells you how delivery will work. There is no delivery tracker on the site yet.

**Consigning your own item.** Anyone signed in can apply on **Auctions → Apply**. You give a title (3 to 80 characters), a description (10 to 2,000), a category (collectible, NFT, merch, service or other), an opening bid, a photo (JPEG, PNG, WebP or GIF up to 4 MB) and optional contact. You can have 3 applications waiting at once. The team approves or rejects each one. An approved lot runs for 72 hours by default (up to 14 days), with a minimum increment of about 5% of the opening bid. You see the status on the Apply page and on Account.

---

## 10. The Reserve and claiming a physical prize

**The Reserve** is the collection of real items the project holds and awards through bounties. The page is public: anyone can see each item's photo, description, status (Unclaimed, Claimed, For sale) and **declared value** (a record of value, not a price and not a payout). Signing in also shows the ownership history of each item.

**Claiming a prize.** If you win a physical prize you receive a **claim code**, which is ten letters and numbers shown as `XXXXX-XXXXX` (not case-sensitive, and never containing 0, O, 1, I, L or U). Go to **Redeem** and choose one of two paths:

- **Post it to me.** Enter your code, full name, street address, city, postcode, country, and optionally apartment, state, email (so you can be updated) and notes. No account is needed.
- **Keep it in the Reserve.** Sign in with your wallet and keep the item as a claim you hold, with no address collected.

Your name and address are collected only to post the item. You should not put an address anywhere else (in particular, not in the free-text note on a delivery request, because notes on the Reserve ledger can be seen by other signed-in members).

If the code is not recognised or malformed you will see a message saying so. "Already redeemed" means it was used. If that was not you, reply to the email that carried your code.

A team member posts the item and records the carrier and tracking number. The site does not email tracking automatically at the moment.

**If you hold a Reserve claim,** the **Your pieces** panel lets you ask for delivery, or **Sell the claim** by auction (you set the start bid, increment and hours, and the claim transfers when the auction settles).

**Shop and trade-in.** You cannot buy from the Reserve with $RIBBIT or cash yet, and there is no $RIBBIT trade-in yet. Both are on the roadmap.

---

## 11. Staking and tiers

The **Staking** page shows the Streamflow staking pool (total staked, reward rate, lock-up, number of stakers, when rewards run out). To stake, use the **Stake on Streamflow** button, which opens Streamflow where you stake with your own wallet. The Other World site never holds your staked tokens.

**Tiers** are worked out from your open stake in that pool, nothing is stored, and they update within about a minute of staking or unstaking:

| Tier | Staked | What it gives |
|---|---|---|
| Keeper | 250,000 $RIBBIT | A third of the maximum discount on the marketplace commission when you sell. |
| Curator | 1,000,000 $RIBBIT | Two thirds of it. |
| Warden | 5,000,000 $RIBBIT | The full discount. |

(Thresholds are the defaults and the house can change them. The page shows yours.) With the default commission of 2.5% and a 50% maximum waiver, a seller pays about 2.08% as a Keeper, 1.67% as a Curator and 1.25% as a Warden. Staking tiers also carry a planned discount on Reserve purchases and an early-access window to new Reserve items. Both are switched off or not yet in use. Tiers are discounts and access. They are **not** a payout, extra chips, or better odds on any prize.

Any open stake, even below Keeper, shows a "staker" mark beside your wallet on boards and on your Account.

**The LP dashboard.** Curators and above can also sign in to the members' LP dashboard at lp.otherworldprojex.io/member/login with the same wallet: their own Meteora liquidity positions (up to 10 wallets), a market scanner, LP reputation, wallet alerts and creator history, and a way to hand all of it to your own AI. Wallets can also be invited whatever they stake: by the project, or by a Warden (up to 5 each). Signing in there is a free message, never a transaction. The **Membership & access** page (otherworldprojex.io/membership) puts all of this on one printable page.

---

## 12. Tools

Tools helps you look after your own wallet. It is on the site because people get phished searching for these tools elsewhere. Nothing here asks for your seed phrase, and nothing moves your tokens.

- **Epoch countdown.** Shows the Solana epoch and time remaining. No wallet needed.
- **Wallet inspector.** Paste any address to see its token accounts, delegates, empty accounts, rent you could reclaim, and recent transactions. No wallet connection or signing.
- **Stake accounts.** Paste an address to list its native SOL stake accounts. Read-only.
- **My wallet** (connect your wallet).
  - **Revoke approvals** lists delegates you have approved that the site does not recognise (staking positions are left out on purpose) so you can remove them.
  - **Reclaim rent** closes empty token accounts and returns their SOL deposit to you.
  - Both first **simulate** what will happen. The sign button appears only after a successful "Check what this will do", and changing your selection discards the simulation. Your wallet signs up to 10 items per transaction, so a big clean-up takes several signatures and the page tells you first.

If the address bar does not show the official address, a red "This is not the real site" banner may appear. Believe it.

---

## 13. Waitlist and the tournament

**Airdrop waitlist.** You need to hold at least **250,000 $RIBBIT** in your wallet (live setting). It is checked on the blockchain and nothing is locked. You sign one message, get a position, and a referral link (`?ref=` followed by your wallet). The goal is 1,000 members and the airdrop is promised once the list is full, but **no amount has been set**. If sign-ups are closed you will see "Sign-ups closed", and existing places are unaffected.

**Launch Hold'em tournament sign-up.** On **Tournament**, connect your wallet, then enter your email and optionally a table name (up to 24 characters), and choose whether to be on the **tester** list. Signing up again with the same wallet updates your details. The same email cannot be used with two wallets. The page shows the date. Treat it as provisional, because the project has said dates may move. No confirmation email is sent automatically, but the team uses the stored emails to write to entrants. The tester airdrop amount is not set. Emails are used for tournament and project announcements, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

---

## 14. Poker

**Poker** on the site is a doorway. It checks that you hold at least **1,000 $RIBBIT** (the default minimum, and the page shows yours; nothing is spent or locked, and it checks again each time you visit), then sends you to the table, which runs on the Internet Computer. If it cannot read your balance it says so rather than guessing. If the table is not open yet you will see "The table isn't open yet."

**Second sign-in.** The poker room uses **Internet Identity** (Google, Apple, Microsoft or a passkey), not your Solana wallet. That is a separate identity, so your poker profile and chips are not connected to your wallet account on the main site.

**What exists in the poker room:** cash tables and practice games with bots, sit-and-go, mini-tournaments and multi-table tournaments (still being proven), a lobby, a leaderboard, a basic profile (username, bio and avatar), table chat, and a public ledger page. The chips there are play chips with no cash value today. Video and voice at tables is experimental, so we do not recommend using it yet. A member profile that connects poker, your wallet and social accounts is planned and does not exist yet.

---

## 15. Your account

**Account** (sign in required) shows your chips, your bidding balance, what is locked in bids, a **Buy chips** link, and then panels for your staker status, badges, live bounty standings, bounty winnings, bids, withdrawals, consignments and your recent rounds. It refreshes every 30 seconds. The **bell** shows recent events (bounty won, prize or withdrawal sent, withdrawal declined, auction won) from the last 60 days. Which ones you have seen is remembered in this browser only.

**Cash out chips.** If the house has switched chip cash-out on, a **Cash out chips** panel appears on Account with your payout address (for ICP), your play-through progress, a quote, and your past cash-outs with a Cancel button while a request is pending. If it is not on, the panel does not appear (Section 3).

**Promo eligibility.** Lower on the Account page there is a **Promo eligibility** panel. It lists what a promotion that limits one redemption per person can ask for: your wallet (already connected), a **verified email** (the site sends a code, you enter it), a **complete mailing address** (street, city, postcode and country), a linked **X (Twitter) account**, and a linked **Internet Identity (ICP)** principal. The panel shows how many of the four extra items are linked (for example "2/4 linked") and says "eligible" when all are. Each email, X account and Internet Identity can be tied to only one wallet. Linking X and Internet Identity only works once the house has switched those links on; until then the row says "Not configured yet." This panel does not give you anything by itself and it is not a public profile: nothing in it is shown to other members. Whether a promotion is open, and how to claim it, is announced separately, so check the announcement and the Redeem page rather than assuming.

**Badges** (calculated from your history):

| Badge | Earned by |
|---|---|
| First Blood | Settling your first round |
| The Regular | 50 settled rounds |
| Exterminator | Scoring 300 or more in any arcade game |
| Card Shark | Net +100 chips at blackjack |
| High Roller | A single payout of 100 or more chips |
| Ranked Hunter | Meeting the lifetime spend threshold |
| Torch Bearer | Spending 10,000 $RIBBIT or more |
| Gavel Hand | Winning an auction |

**Unsubscribing.** Every email has an unsubscribe link. It shows a masked version of your address, you confirm, and you are done. It does not affect your waitlist or tournament place.

**Treasury.** The Treasury page shows the treasury's live balances, total burned, prizes paid, wagered volume, chips sold and the last 15 treasury events. It deliberately shows no profit figure.

---

## 16. Staying safe

- Only use https://otherworldprojex.io, and bookmark it.
- Signing in costs nothing and moves nothing. If your wallet asks you to approve a transaction when you did not choose to buy, deposit or run a tool, decline.
- Never share your seed phrase or private key, with anyone, ever.
- The team will not DM you a link to connect your wallet. Airdrops and prizes are announced only on official channels.
- Do not type your address into any note or free-text box on the site, except on Redeem.
- Keep your own **client seed** if you want to verify rounds later, and reveal your seed after you play.

---

## 17. Common questions

**Can I cash my chips out?** Not today. A cash-out feature (to $RIBBIT or to ICP) is built but switched off, and there is no date for it. If your Account page shows a **Cash out chips** panel, it is on, and Section 3 lists its rules. $RIBBIT you deposited for bidding can be withdrawn from the bidding balance.

**Can I play without a Solana wallet?** Yes, once Internet Identity sign-in is switched on: sign in with Internet Identity and buy chips with ICP. Wallet-only features say "This needs a Solana wallet. Add one on your Account page first."

**I sent ICP and have no chips.** Keep the page open for a minute: it checks the ledger every few seconds. If sales are closed or paused, the ICP waits on the ledger and is credited when they reopen. Each transfer is credited once. If it still has not arrived after a while, reply to the project email with your account's deposit address, the time and the amount, and do not send again.

**Why did I win but see only my stake back?** Winnings are rounded down to a whole chip. A one-chip winning bet on Flip returns one chip.

**Why am I not on the leaderboard?** You have not yet met the eligibility rules in Section 7.

**Why did my arcade run not count?** Common reasons: a newer run was started in another tab, the run was under 10 seconds, or you reached the 40-a-day limit.

**How long does a withdrawal take?** The site says usually about a day, paid by hand. It is not instant and not guaranteed.

**Who can I contact?** The site does not publish a support address yet. If you received an email from the project, reply to that email. If you have a claim code, reply to the email that carried it.

**Where is the legal information?** Terms of service and a privacy policy are being finalised and are not on the site yet. The footer carries a short notice: the games are for entertainment, and $RIBBIT is a memecoin with no promise of financial return.

---

## 18. Not built yet

So you do not look for them: a **Reserve shop** or checkout, a **$RIBBIT trade-in**, **in-house staking** (only the Streamflow pool exists), **a live chip cash-out** (built, switched off, no date), a **public member profile on the main site** (there is no handle, avatar or bio; the Account page does have a private Promo eligibility panel), **linking Facebook** (X can be linked only for promo eligibility, and only once the house switches it on), the **community rigs** and members' LP dashboard access, **stake merge, split and withdraw tools**, automatic **tracking emails**, and a **published support contact**. The roadmap page shows the current status of each.
